I'm a digital service designer with the award winning Fjord in London, and previously with LBi, one of Europe's largest agencies. I develop strategies for increasing business value by creating delightful and useful user experiences for clients like the BBC, Nokia, and Orange.
My experience in digital is broad and deep. For 10 years I have been involved in crafting product or service design propositions that aim to create magical experiences or shifts in understanding for those that engage with them. This showcase of work presents a drive to explaining the inspiration and methodology behind these aims.
